Hello Shaymus. I recently read a review you wrote for the Ibanez AF85. At zzsounds.In it you mentioned there was some recordings on your web site where you used this instrument. Can you tell me the particular tunes to listen to? Thank you, I love the music I have heard so far.

Thanks for your interest in the music and the kind words! There are a few tunes that were recorded with the AF85, one of which that can be heard on the website is "Idiot". That tune was written by Jon and I back in 1998, recorded then, and then re-recorded recently with the AF85 and other instruments (the tracks you'll hear). The rhythm parts were played off the bridge pickup with the tone nob cranked up to get that crisp cracking sound. The solo parts were done off both pickups with a moderate amount of tone. I think we ran the guitar through a Mesa/Boogie amp with lots of reverb too. The other tune that was recorded with the AF85 was "Amberside" although I don't think that one is available on download just yet. Take care, and good luck with you new guitar!
